By enrolling in any Community Shakespeare of New England (CSNE) program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Participant Conduct and Attendance
CSNE strives to maintain a welcoming, respectful, and intellectually engaging environment for all participants. Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate. Participants removed for misconduct are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials are for your personal use only and are protected by copyright. Do not share, distribute, or reproduce materials without our written permission.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Our courses are designed to teach skills and knowledge, but results depend on your participation and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, grades, or job placements unless explicitly stated in the course description.
Accessibility and Accommodations
We welcome participants with accessibility needs and will make reasonable efforts to support your participation. Please contact us at least 7 days before the course start date to request accommodations.
Health, Safety, and Liability
Please disclose any health conditions that could affect your participation before the course begins. You participate at your own risk, and we are not responsible for injuries sustained during the course. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to course participation. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
